Join Our Weekly Agent Meeting
At 6th Ave Homes, we believe that growth happens together. We invite you to join us each week for our agent office meeting—either in person or virtually through Google Meet. These meetings are a great way to stay connected, stay informed, & stay inspired.
We discuss real-time market conditions, share wins & challenges, & equip you with practical tools to serve your clients better. Attendance is highly encouraged because you’ll always walk away with something valuable.

Things to Know About Being a Part-Time Agent with 6th Ave Homes
Commission Split: All part-time agents receive an 80/20 split on all transactions, with no cap.
Transaction Fee: A $300 fee per transaction applies. This covers Victoria’s time to upload your documents into our Rechat software.
Monthly Fees: There is no monthly resource fee for part-time agents.
Access & Tools: You’ll retain your 6th Ave Homes G-Suite account (including your @6thAveHomes.com email) and Slack access for team communication.
Software Access: Part-time agents do not have access to Rechat, RealScout, or DocuSign.
Document Signing: You can use Authentisign within ZipForms or access Transaction Desk through MLS (found under “Links” at the top of the page) for document signing and management.
CRM: You’ll need to provide and maintain your own CRM (Client Relationship Management) software.
Submitting Documents as a Part-Time Agent
To keep your closings smooth & stress-free, please make sure all documents are complete—including every required initial & signature—before submitting them.
All documents must be submitted at least 7 business days prior to closing. This gives Victoria the time needed to review your file for compliance & prepare your CDA.
If any items are missing, your CDA may be delayed until everything is corrected. Once your file is complete, Victoria will upload all documents to Rechat for record-keeping.

Quick cheat sheet for compensation:
Option 1:
If the listing agent uses Paragraph 5a from the listing agreement, you need to put the BAC at the bottom of page 10 & have a TXR 2402 completed prior to your offer being presented.
Option 2:
If the listing agent uses Paragraph 5b from the listing agreement, put your requested BAC in paragraph 12.A.1.b of the contract. Nothing goes at the bottom of page 10 and no additional TXR forms needed (other than your Buyer Rep {TXR 1501 or 1507}).
